History Matters with Steve Berry

The Placentia Library District and the Placentia Library Friends Foundation are combining forces with the History Matters Foundation to raise money to digitize our collection of historic Placentia newspapers. Join us and award winning, New York Times bestselling author Steve Berry as he discusses his newest book in the thrilling Cotton Malone series, The Bishop's Pawn. This gripping modern-day thriller deals with one of the great unanswered questions of the 20th century. Why was Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. murdered? All money raised will be spent on the newspaper digitization project.
