May is Mental Health Awareness Month! Join certified meditation instructor Amy Rutledge in a meditation series learning the power of mindfulness and its positive impact on all aspects of life. These science-backed tools can help release anxiety, tension, and stress; cultivate compassion, focus, and concentration, and promote connection and peace to all.

Sessions will be 45 minutes and include guided practice suitable for both beginning and returning meditators. Space is limited, no registration needed. Ages 14+.

*Please bring a blanket or yoga mat with you as this program will be held on our library lawn. Yoga mats and blankets will not be provided.

May 14: Sound Bath (bring a yoga mat and blanket)

May 28: Relax, Reflect, and Recharge: A Stress Relief Workshop (bring a journal)
