If you support libraries and are looking for ways to assist the library communities impacted by the recent wildfires, here’s another opportunity for your consideration.

The Altadena Libraries and LA County Library are partnering to raise money to purchase necessities for those impacted by the LA wildfires. The devastating wildfires in Los Angeles have left many individuals and families struggling with the emotional and physical toll of disaster recovery. The LA Fires: Connected Wellness Campaign is dedicated to providing crucial support to those affected by the fires by offering hotspots with data plans, new books and school supplies, and diapers and wipes, just to mention a few items. Whether it’s trauma counseling, guided meditation, or community support groups, we are here to help rebuild resilience and restore well-being.

Now more than ever, we need to come together to support our neighbors in recovery. Your donations can make a real difference in helping individuals regain a sense of balance and hope.
