Yesenia Baltierra graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services from California State University, Fullerton, and a Master’s in Library and Information Science from San Jose State University. She has been with the Placentia Library District since 2002, holding various positions including Business Manager, Circulation Supervisor, Development Director, Public Services Manager, and currently, the Assistant Library Director.
Yesenia has been a resident of Placentia for the last 15 years and has enjoyed being part of the community, leveraging partnerships, and fostering innovation. Yesenia loves coffee and enjoys outdoor activities with her two young children, Zayra and Damian.

Placentia Library District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Placentia Library District
has a policy of providing an accessible website compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and
commercial screen reading software. All features of the website are coded to allow individuals with vision and
